It is blood sausage. In a carefully pre-washed guts salted blood with the addition of chopped onion and dill is poured. Guts cannot be filled with blood to the brim, otherwise they may explode during cooking. The edges of the guts are tied with strong silk thread. To speed up the process of cooking, water is added in blood, but not milk, as some other nomadic people do. People of Tuva believe that "mixing red and white means losing the happiness."
